Criminal defense attorney, Paul Redrup, wanted a business card that would set him apart from the typical stuffiness of the legal profession. I wanted to create something interactive, that was both functional and implied a story. So I designed a rather minimal card that would slide nicely into a die-cut slipcase, illustrating the concept of freedom while revealing the contact information when pulled. It’s always great collaborating with clients that are open-minded and brave enough to consider non-traditional solutions. That’s when brilliant design truly thrives.
